Warranty Policy

Coverage and Start Date

  • The warranty period begins on the invoice date and covers manufacturer defects and electronic malfunctions.

Exclusions

  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, improper installation, lightning, power surges, or other acts of nature is not covered.

Claims After 30 Days

  • Warranty claims for New products made more than 30 days after the invoice date may be fulfilled with a like-new/refurbished replacement of the same product or sent in for repair, subject to availability. All RMA requests made after 30-days of receipt are only eligible for replacement and are no longer eligible for return for refund.

International Warranty Returns

  • For warranty returns from Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international locations, customers are responsible for inbound shipping, duties, and taxes unless otherwise stated.

Warranty Periods by Product

  • Most refurbished phones: one-year warranty

  • Power supplies, cordless phones, refurbished networking equipment, system cards, etc.: 30/90-day warranty (see item listing)

  • Some manufacturers do not accept returns and only offer replacements

  • Items labeled “final sale” are not eligible for return, per the manufacturer’s return policy, and are only eligible for replacement it becomes defective within the warranty period offered.
